Do you ship outside of the United States?
We do offer shipping to many countries outside of the US. Shipping fees are based on location. All buyers are responsible for any duty and customs charges.
What if I no longer want my item?
We offer the choice of a replacement or store credit. Under certain circumstances we will offer a cash refund but be aware that there is a 12% restocking fee on accepted returns. Buyer is responsible for return shipping fee.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged and we can replace it we will. If your order arrives damaged and we cannot replace it we will file a claim with USPS as we insure all of our orders against loss or damage.
